Overall we want to leave the brief really open to the artist to interpret. Our general aesthetic is graphic, simple, not precious, and shows the artists’ hand.

Please don’t include any informational text (title, date, time) in your artwork.

All artwork appears on a black background on our website. Please either export your artwork with a transparent background, or on black.

Full Bleed Works best with lower-contrast photography, rather than graphic elements.

Black Background Works best with unconfined graphic elements. Consider working outside of rectangular proportions, or without background elements, otherwise this layout can look like one of our books.
