4️⃣ Day Work Week Option

We offer an optional 4-day work week (starting June 1st, 2021) to all employees. A 4-day work week employee receives a reduced salary (20% decrease) as well as less PTO and a reduced profit share accrual.

🧘‍♂️ No Meetings on Fridays (for the whole company!)

In order to support people who are doing a 4-day workweek, or want to transition to that, the default should be to schedule all client and internal meetings for Monday - Thursday. You should still be able to reach people, who have not opted in for a 4-day workweek, on Twist on Fridays, and get unblocked or brainstorm on whatever you need.

Last year we shared $110k+ among our team members and we're likely to do at least 120k+ this year. I share equally in this and prioritize making it as generous as possible!

We're currently achieving a profit margin of roughly 40% (great for companies our size), and I'm expecting that to increase over the next year.
