Index partners with facilitators to co-produce public programs aligned with our community and values. Anyone can propose an idea for an event, workshop, or class at Index, and if we feel like it’s a good fit for our audience, we’ll co-produce it!

• Facilitators provide: content and lead the experience

💸 Financial Model

• Ticket sale revenue is split 50/50 (Index / facilitator)

⏱ Timeline

• Plan for 2–4 weeks of development before announcement
• Programs are announced ~1 month before launch
• Multi-session programs may require additional lead time

🤝 What Index Supports

We collaborate closely to set your program up for success:

• Scheduling → aligning dates with our calendar
• Event setup & logistics → room layout, A/V, materials
• Audience insight → community context + attendance patterns
• Pricing strategy → ticket calibration

🎤 What Facilitators Own

Index uses a peer-led programming model, meaning anyone can come to us with an idea for a workshop, class, or event. You own:

• Program content & curriculum
• Run of show / facilitation style
• Event naming, framing, and description
• Material sourcing
